          At SBL we believe that it is our responsibility to take care of social, cultural and environmental matters which are close to our hearts.

          The firm has been supporting organizations by donations and active participation, such as NGO’s or ‘’SERET’’, a foundation for the promotion of Israeli films internationally, and other charities.

          Our partners are involved in active volunteering with various other NGO’s like ‘’Taatzumot’’, a foundation supporting cancer patients and their families, and ‘’Road to recovery’’, a foundation providing Palestinian children access to hospitals for life-saving treatments.

          It is our belief that any business enterprise profiting from its activities has a duty to support vulnerable elements of the society it operates in. Supporting and championing such causes is also very gratifying.

          Educated in Israel, the US and Amsterdam, I am a member of the New York  and Israel Bars, and an international lawyer since 1986. I have lived and practiced law in the US for years, based in Amsterdam since 1991, and co-managing our Israel office since 1998.

          My experience lies with cross border transactions, helping clients and colleagues bridge the legal culture gaps.           I obtained my law degree in 2009 from the Leiden University and studied for a year at Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. Upon starting my legal career, I worked for a brief spell for a regional firm in 2009, but soon I switched over to join the current legal team that is now continuing as Synergy Business Lawyers.

          I have been practicing law since 2000, at law firms servicing international businesses, focusing primarily on all forms of commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as on employment law.

          I believe in a pragmatic and practical approach, where litigation is not a goal in itself, but one of the instruments to reach a solution.
