In order to be your trusted advisor, I believe it is not sufficient to just be a good lawyer but that it is imperative to also understand your broader business interests.

Trained as a lawyer in Israel and worked there since 1993 as a corporate and litigation lawyer. In 2001 I joined the Synergy Business Lawyers team in the Netherlands and have been advising corporations of all sizes, from start-ups to listed companies, in the Netherlands, Israel and in other jurisdictions, mostly on cross border transactions. I find much satisfaction in closing transactions in which all parties benefit and in developing long term relationships.
