I obtained my law degree in 2009 from the Leiden University and studied for a year at Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. Upon starting my legal career, I worked for a brief spell for a regional firm in 2009, but soon I switched over to join the current legal team that is now continuing as Synergy Business Lawyers. I enjoy being part of a team and working in the international legal environment and all the challenges that it offers. I primarily focus my practice on corporate law, ranging from corporate transactions, corporate governance, legal opinions to contract law. My clients are comprised of varied group of entrepreneurs and professionals, ranging from those operating in the field of real estate to software technology, from startups to listed companies. I endeavor to give practical support, useful guidance and to the point advice.
